When FutureBodies went online, I was worried that I wouldn't keep up with my fitness, that I wouldn't be motivated to exercise as much because I'd be only accountable to myself. It's not been the case at all. The online group means that there's support, advice and quite a lot of banter! The classes are ideal, easy to follow and its lovely talking with everyone if you join live. If you can't join live, the workouts are there waiting for when you can fit them in.
The PTs are there whenever you need them, but also manage to brighten my day with a supportive (or cheeky) comment when I least expect it.
The community in general is wonderful, with tips coming in from everyone...last night my supper got a major taste upgrade from another members suggestion!
The belts aren't a necessity for joining in but I really like mine although the new team challenge has unleashed a competitive side I didn't know I had. Thanks guys!

I’ve been doing Future Bodies Gym Inner Circle for on line and home training since the start of lockdown and it’s helped immensely with motivation and keeping my fitness up. The type of training offered is a brilliant extension of the already established friendly and professional gym. The team lead by Josh are excellent and all have so much time for all their members. Great workouts and challenges are offered with so much you can get involved in without even leaving your home. "I have been using the 1-1coaching for the past few weeks, at the start it is a lot to take in bit was given advice and how to use it effectively by the Futurebodies Team. It took a couple of days to get into working out how both the apps work together but once achieved and reaching the daily goals it soon became easy to do.

 It really does fit in with family too as I dont have to cook different meals which can be time consuming and expensive, I can eat a wide range of food without feeling restricted. I am successfully loosing weight slow but steady and not having to binge on exercise only doing what works best for me. "Give it a go you wont regret it".

When I first thought about doing 1-1 coaching I was not convinced it was for me. However my coach has completely changed my mind on this matter. New year ,new start ,new me ......then hello lockdown 3.
I saw that future bodies were offering a new way of coaching 1.1 . Finding that i was heading into yet another lockdown and feeling I needed motivation and help to push through and something I could continue to use when the gyms reopen I signed up.
After a discussion with Josh to chat about goals and needs we made a plan and using the future app in conjunction with other linked apps we made a start. I was allocated my coach , who was my main contact , and my nutritional program to guide me .
Even after just my first week and using my own exercise plans tailor made by my coach to fit my abilities and equipment and space i had at home ,and following my food plan I was sleeping better and not just nodding off through the day, I felt less bloated ,i gained a whole new prospective on food and how to balance it, learning full fat can be your friend and I can have chocolate and bread...... i never felt hungry .
Using the future bodies app was easy and I can see at a glance how my day is planned and what I need to achieve. My coach is there to, motivate and help, guide and answer questions. Coach can also see data glance if I need to tweek my nutrition or exercise
It’s been a commitment to myself and working with a group of people who has been there helping me through my fitness now for last 2 years this is just the next step to a new healthy and balanced lifestyle
